Amethyst Consultory and Solutions ("Amethyst," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI agents and automation, UX consulting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) services. 01Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, plus anything else you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, our hosting provider (Vercel) and any analytics tools we use may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. This happens through server logs and cookies (see Section 4).

Where your messages go. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email.

02How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and provide quotes; follow up with you by email, phone call, and text message about your request and our services, using the contact details you give us (you can opt out of these communications at any time); deliver and improve our services; operate and maintain our website; send you updates or marketing only if you've opted in; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

03Legal bases (for EU/UK visitors)

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data based on: your consent; performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and improving our business; and compliance with legal obligations.

04Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the site work and help us understand how it's used. We use essential cookies (to make the site function) and, if enabled, analytics cookies (to measure traffic). You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.

05How we share your information

We share information only with: service providers that help us operate (for example hosting, form delivery, analytics, and email tools), under contracts that require them to protect your data; legal authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights; and a successor entity, if our business is sold or merged. We never sell your data to third parties.

06Client engagements

If you hire us, you may give us access to personal data belonging to your customers or users. The specific terms for handling that data are set out in a separate services agreement (including a Data Processing Agreement, or DPA, where applicable), not in this policy. In that context, you are the data controller and we act as your data processor, using the data only to deliver the services you've requested.

07Data retention

We keep your personal information until you ask us to delete it, or until we determine it is no longer necessary for the purposes described in this policy — whichever comes first. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

08Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, your information that results from events beyond our reasonable control, including criminal acts by third parties such as hacking. If a breach affecting your personal information does occur, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

09Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; and opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at said@amethyst.marketing. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for businesses and for adults (18+). They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Because we never sell anyone's personal information, we also never sell data belonging to minors. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their information, email us at said@amethyst.marketing and we'll delete it.
